Policies and Protocol

SCB offers store credit for an item with a return postmark within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, clean, scent free, undamaged, contain all original tags, must accompany proof of purchase and reason for return. No refunds.

To initate a return email us @ besoutherncharmed@gmail.com for a return authorization code and our address for returns. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Return shipping must include a tracking number. Once the returned item is received it will be inspected. If the item meets our return protocol a credit will be issued via e-mail. If an item does not meet our requirements it will be held pending re-shipping instructions and no credit will be issued.

We have a three-step inspection process to insure the quality of products shipped. Item photos are captured and documented prior to shipping to insure you receive top-quality merchandise. SCB is not liable for damages which occur during shipping or upon opening. SCB is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address. Not responsible for lost packages.

Unfortunately, an order may not be cancelled or modified once it has been confirmed in our system. Cancellation requests fall under the 10 day store credit policy.

We ask that all local orders be picked up within 7 days due to limited storage.
